The practice is headed by Darrell Emerson as the co-founder and partner of the practice and an audit consultant specialising in compliance and assurance services. We are a team of articulate individuals, most of whom are qualified accountants, auditors and specialist tax advisors. Both, our audit consultant and Darrell Emerson are fellow members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and hold a full audit practicing certificate to carry out audits in the UK. Our firm is regulated by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
